Customer Care Relations Officer

Our client is one of the leading manufacturing companies which is located in Horana

Requirements:

  • A strong academic background with at least three GCE(A/L) passes.
  • Two years of experience working in customer relations, customer service,or customer care for a reputable company good english and regional language communication.
  • A strong focus on customer service and sound business judgement .
  • Solid proficiency in excel and word in microsoft.
  • A cooperative person with good outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Placing orders, prioritizing orders and following up on orders.
  • responding to consumer calls and requires and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • respond to client complaints and refer them to the proper authorities.
  • Establishing strengthening intimate connections with consumers .
