Logistics and Supply Chain Executive

Our Client is one of the leading manufacturing companies which is located in Horana

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience working in a supply chain division’s import/export department
A certificate, degree,or equivalent education in logistics or supply chain.
strong analytical abilities Effective english communication abilities
Proficient with the MS Office suite particularly excel and familiarity with an ERP system
Effective english communication skills.

Responsibilities

Liaise with relevant stakeholders to make sure all shipments are arranged and delivered to relevant parties on time and maintain record sheets for easy reference.
make sure timely receipt and submission of documents for all freight clearance.
manage all administrative matters of freights, Customers BOI SLSI and other local authorities including payment arrangements Ensure that updates are shared with internal stakeholders on inbound shipments
Obtaining approvals on selling process damages/scrap and arranging required payments
supporting for GRIR process with close follow-up with warehouse team on reconciliations
